James is an exceptional personal trainer. I have worked with him for over a year and a half now, and he’s helped me lose the last 25 pounds of the 45 I was aiming to lose but found it nearly impossible to take off. I usually work with him at the gym three days a week, and he’s an expert at mixing things up, to keep exercise interesting, but also in guiding me to have the best, most effective possible form. He’s also helped me with nutrition and eating plans. As a result, at age 60, I’m arguably in the best shape of my life and feeling great. I have worked with other personal trainers in the past, but never learned nearly as much as I have working with James. His upbeat, positive attitude also helps me keep on track and looking forward to my workouts. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight and/or learn to get the most out of their workout time.
