I’ve been with Team Handsome Muscle since November 2013. It has been such a life changing experience for me and has impacted my life in so many positive ways. The endless support and guidance from Michelle and James is what help me achieve goals that I never that were possible and what lead me to become their first Bikini Pro Athlete. Michelle traveled with me to all my National shows and I don’t know what I would do without her! And I’ve learned so much from my Personal Training sessions with James! I love my workouts, the training style, my meals and how my physique continues to improve every year! They’ve coached  through 9 of my NPC/Nationals Shows and 4 IFBB Pro Shows. I can’t wait to bring it this 2018 season!
