Obey The Booty® Bands may be used to activate muscles around the hips and glutes in order to improve technique and get your booty firing! You may use these bands to warm up, as a finisher, or add to your weighted exercises for more challenging lifts. These bands add resistance to strengthen hip abductors and external rotators, keeping the knees pushed out during hip thrusts, squats, and deadlifts just to name a few.
Material is Cotton and Polyester and washable. Do not machine dry. Lay Flat to dry.

So what makes my bands different? I always see people use bands that either have too much tension or too little and as someone that obeys the booty A LOT, I wanted to have the right tension depending on what exercise I am doing. So I came up with three bands that will allow you to choose the right tension depending on the exercise and your level of expertise. Using too much tension is not necessarily the best thing as you only compromise your form by not being able to perform the exercise correctly. Hope you love them as much as I do!
