Start the day with a great booty pump with me! We will Obey The Booty with a series of exercises targeting the glutes and hammies. Get that booty tight and right! 

Booty Bands (fabric hip circles or latex bands)
Dumbbells ( at least 10 lbs) or you may also fill up a bag with books, bag of rice, etc..
